Ordering a piece

After an initial discussion by email to confirm details of the order, you will receive email confirmation of size; stone choice; final price; anticipated production and delivery time, and also eligibility for refund in the event you are dissatisfied.

A deposit of 50% will be required by bank transfer before work commences.

Price calculation

The price is calculated by the standard design price, plus stones, plus any additional charges incurred by quick turnaround hallmarking or exceptional courier charges.

Turnaround time

In most cases it should be possible to produce and despatch a piece within five working days. However, hallmarking and ordering of stones can delay the process, or if I am especially busy. You will be given a realistic despatch date on confirmation of order.

“Made to order” Refunds policy

In the event that your order does not meet your expectations, they will usually be eligible for a full refund (subject to the standard refunds policy). There are exceptions to this though, for example particular stones or extreme ring sizes that would make re-sale difficult. If it is felt your piece would be an exception, I will make sure you are aware before a deposit is taken. Please read the standard refunds policy
