Shipping

• All pieces are send using Royal Mail registered post at no cost to the customer

• Alternative courier services may be used by arrangement and at cost to the customer. Please contact me to discuss when placing the order

Off the shelf pieces

• Off the shelf pieces will be sent within two working days of receipt of the order

Made to order pieces

• And estimated delivery date will be agreed with the customer by email at the time of the order

International Shipping

• I currently don’t sell or ship internationally. If this is of interest to you, please contact me to discuss

Returns

• In the first instance, please contact me to discuss the reason for the return.

• Pieces can be returned using registered post within 30 Days of receipt. A full refund will be given providing that the piece is returned in exactly the same condition and packaging it arrived in. An exception to this are certain Made to order piece is so unique that they are unsuitable for resale. If this is the case I will ensure you have this in detail before payment is taken.

• Please be aware that all pieces are photographed before despatch.
